Three Important Systems for Parents to Keep up with Students
Here are a few notes to keep in mind about systems we use at Margaretta to help parents and staff keep up with students.
Final Forms
We use Final Forms to communicate important messages to parents, students, and families throughout the year. Our Athletics Department also uses it extensively for our student athletes. Be sure to check your email regularly for messages from Final Forms.
- Please be sure to update your contact information if it changes during the year. This includes address, phone number, email address, emergency contacts.
- If you move during the year, go to the contact form and change your address, update the first day at new residence, and upload two new proofs of residency within 60 days. If you move out of the district you must also complete an open enrollment application found on the Forms link under the Parents menu.
- Go to the Transportation form to update any changes needed to bus route locations or choice to drive. Please call the bus garage right away at 419-684-7714 as changes can take at least 24-28 hours to update.
- When you want to enroll a student, please contact our Board of Education Office before getting started in Final Forms registration.
- Please don't create a new student account if your child is attending. We will fix it, but try resetting your password first. Your student's account does not disappear.

Progressbook Parent Access:
Progressbook is our student information system. Parents can view their student progress throughout the year as well as state test scores. Information about how to get an account started was sent home with students at the beginning of the year. Primary parent contacts are able to set up the ParentAccess account and link to their student. Contact your school building office if you have difficulties getting this started on your mobile device.

Payschools:
Pay for school fees, add to lunch account balances, and apply for free and reduced lunch through Payschools. You must set up an account and link to your student. Go to the Food Services webpage under the District dropdown menu for more information.
